Despite Hawaiian pushback, Bodyguard Productions files new suit

The District of Hawaii has pushed back on Bodyguard Production suits. Even so, Bodyguard continues. It recently continued n the District of Hawaii, having named the defendant. Bodyguard Productions, Inc. v. Musante.
