Six new Joe Hand Promotions suits in Ohio and Florida

Joe Hand Promotions filed six new suits in mid-March. Most were in the Middle District of Florida. However, it did file one suit in the Southern District of Ohio. The suits are:

  • Joe Hand Promotions Inc v. Marlatt et al, (Southern District of Ohio): filed 2019-03-15

  • Joe Hand Promotions, Inc. v. Alez Caribbean Restaurant and Lounge LLC et al, (Middle District of Florida): filed 2019-03-16

  • Joe Hand Promotions, Inc. v. Guevara et al, (Middle District of Florida): filed 2019-03-16

  • Joe Hand Promotions, Inc. v. Johnny G's LLC et al, (Middle District of Florida): filed 2019-03-16

  • Joe Hand Promotions, Inc. v. Keaton et al, (Middle District of Florida): filed 2019-03-16

  • Joe Hand Promotions, Inc. v. Mortimer et al, (Middle District of Florida): filed 2019-03-16
