Jonathan thanks the Springfield Art Association (https://www.springfieldart.org) for its invitation to speak to its members last week. The discussion, aimed at visual artists, focused on use of the Copyright Act, the Visual Artists Rights Act, trademark laws, and design patents to protect the SAA members’ works. We look forward to working with these folks in the future and assisting with more events for the SAA.
